Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Clients have up to 3 days from the date of payment to request a refund on service fees.

After 3 days, no refunds will be issued on service fees, as administrative and document preparation work may have already begun.

All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment if rescheduled within the allowed time frame.

Rescheduling Policy

If you miss your scheduled consultation appointment, you may reschedule within 2 days of the missed date to keep your original deposit valid.

If you fail to reschedule within 2 days, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

All reschedule requests must be made by phone or email during business hours.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
